Description
This product is a rapid direct binding test kit for high sensitive C reaction protein (hs-CRP). Results are available in less than 10 minutes. It is very sensitive and easy for storage.
Principle
This product is based on the principle of sandwich immunoassay for determination of hs-CRP in human blood specimens. Two monoclonal antibodies are employed to identify hs-CRP specifically, resulting in one or two purplish red streaks appear on the test line. The color intensity of the test lines increase in proportion to the hs-CRP concentration.
Then insert test card into the FIA8000 Quantitative Immunoassay Analyzer, the concentration of hs-CRP is measured quantitatively and displayed on the screen. The result can be transmitted to the lab or hospital information system.
