I. Product Overview
The DOCM 3D Curve Mixing Instrument is based on the Paul Schatz curve principle. The entire movement process consists of main parts such as rotation, translation, and inversion. During the entire movement process, any particle on the mixed object has one-dimensional or multi-dimensional displacement in the X, Y, and Z three-dimensional directions, with no relatively stationary points. Thus, it achieves a higher quality mixing effect in an extremely short time.  
Based on our years of experience in product development and design in the field of multi-dimensional rotary motion, we have developed the DOCM series of three-dimensional curve mixers for industry users who wish to effectively mix their personalized products and ensure their uniformity (whether it is the mixing of solids with solids, liquids with solids or liquids with liquids). The DOCM series of three-dimensional curve mixers offer the DOCM-C02 model for laboratory miniaturization and the DOCM-C05 model with greater load capacity for industrial use. Our products are designed with full consideration of the convenience, safety and ease of cleaning in daily operation, as well as compliance with GMP, GLP and other regulatory requirements, and can be widely applied in industries such as pharmaceuticals, food and beverages.  
The DOCM 3D Curve Mixer can be used in almost all scenarios that require efficient and high-quality mixing. We also provide highly personalized sample containers for different application scenarios. These containers range from a few milliliters to several thousand milliliters and are made of materials such as plastic and metal.

II. Product Features
Compared with similar products on the market, the DOCM 3D Curve Mixer has the following features:
2.1 Multiple series and models: Our standard products not only offer the DOCM-C02 series for daily laboratory mixing, but also the DOCM-C05 series with a large load capacity for industrial use. The maximum load space of the DOCM-C02 series is approximately 2.5L, while the DOCM-C05 series can provide a larger load space of about 5L.
2.2 No stationary particles: Based on the Paul Schatz curve principle, every particle on the mixed object has displacement in different dimensions, ensuring thorough mixing and avoiding any stationary mass during the mixing process that could affect the mixing quality.
2.3 Supports constant speed and variable speed mixing modes. Depending on the model, the mixing space is 2.5L or 5L, with an effective mixing rate of 85%.
2.4 Safer operation: The interlock design of the door ensures that the equipment cannot be operated when the protective door is not closed, preventing accidents.
2.5 Enclosed electrical design: This minimizes risks and allows the equipment to be used in any enclosed space.
2.6 Dust collection design: The system is equipped with a built-in micro high-suction dust collection system that can effectively remove dust from the operating space and reduce dust pollution.
2.7 Decentralized high-efficiency mixing system: It can handle solids, liquids, and solid-liquid mixtures.
2.8 Multiple mixing containers are provided, including different materials and capacities to meet various application scenarios.
2.9 Complex movements composed of forward rotation, reverse rotation, translation, and rolling ensure reliable mixing.
