Product introduction:
The lab tangential flow ceramic membrane filtration system can be used for microfiltration, ultrafiltration and fine ultrafiltration. The membrane can be selected according to the molecular weight of the material, and the material of 1.4um-1KD can be separated.

Composition of laboratory ceramic membrane system:
1. Laboratory ceramic membrane system is composed of membrane assembly, ceramic membrane element, brand feed pump, stainless steel circulation barrel, seismic pressure gauge, thermometer, shell and tube heat exchanger, pressure regulating valve, sanitary silicone tube, frequency conversion control cabinet (optional) and other components;
2. Laboratory ceramic membrane system can be equipped with membrane elements of the same structure according to the molecular weight required for interception. Imported membrane assembly is adopted, and the membrane assembly complies with FDA, USDA, and 3-A sanitary standards. One original imported membrane assembly is installed (membrane area is about 1.1 square meters), with reliable separation performance and pure water flux of 40-314L/H at 25℃;
3. It is equipped with overpressure automatic protection function, overpressure automatic shutdown and emergency stop button;
4. Pressure gauge, concentrated and fresh water flow meter, regulating valve supporting equipment;
