Hydrogen flame ampoule sealing machine
working principle:
The manual hydrogen flame ampoule sealing machine uses a high-temperature flame (up to 2800 ℃) generated by the mixing and combustion of hydrogen and oxygen to heat the neck of the ampoule, soften it, and form a seal.
Hydrogen oxygen flame is a clean energy source that does not produce pollutants such as carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide, and nitrogen oxides. Therefore, it will not affect the quality of drugs or pose safety hazards to the working environment.
Operation steps: When using a manual hydrogen flame ampoule sealing machine, the ampoule needs to be clamped in a fixture first, and then heated in a hydrogen oxygen flame. During the heating process, the operator needs to rotate the ampoule to ensure uniform heating. After heating is complete, quickly remove the ampoule from the flame and cool it to room temperature to complete the sealing process.
