CAU Porcine Array
Made in China with Full Intellectual Property Rights
(On microarrays, reagent kits and microarray scanners.)
The first domestic microarray for pig breeding has been developed through a collaboration between Laso Biotech and the College of Animal Science and Technology at China Agricultural University, based on the latest achievements in pig genomics research in recent years. CAU Porcine Array features nearly 50,000 SNP markers, covering a wide range of genetic variations in pigs. With an average call rate of 99.5% and a reproducibility rate of 99.9%, it can be widely applied in areas such as kinship analysis, population genetic analysis, variety improvement and protection, GWAS, and QTL analysis, providing an efficient molecular genetic tool for the porcine breeding industry and propelling precision breeding to new heights.
Applications
- Kinship Analysis
