Quenching cleaning tank
The quenching cleaning tank,hardening tank,also known as the cleaning tank,cleaning pool,rinsing tank,immersion tank,can be used for cleaning workpieces after quenching and before tempering,and transferred to the tempering furnace in a clean state. It can also be used for cleaning before other heat treatment processes.
The quenching cleaning tank is made of steel frame and stainless steel plate bent and welded together. The cleaning tank can be flexibly equipped with swing/vibration system,heating system,drying system,control system,etc. according to the user's site. When cleaning a large number of workpieces,a spray cleaning system can also be added.
The quenching tank cleaning tank is used for quenching,cleaning,and degreasing in quenching oil or water. There are two specifications available for the oil and water tanks: single tank or double tank. The oil tank is used to evenly cool the workpiece and is equipped with a top cover to quickly extinguish oil fires. The water tank is used for cleaning workpieces before tempering. To achieve optimal results,a certain amount of degreaser should be added to the pool. You can choose heating elements as additional equipment,which can heat up to around 70 ℃. All pools are equipped with material trays and inlet and outlet ports.
