Ebio Plant Scale Bio-react Process Control System which based large scale PLC is a new type auto-control system that developed by our expets for 3 years. The control system especialy bases the specifications of plant scale fermentation control and adjust the relational parameter to meet the requirement of the maximum growth of microorganism.
This auto-control system can supply set-point control mode, process control mode and program control mode. And it can record data, print report forms, and analysis result automatically.
The system currently supplies maximum 13 paramenters (PH, dissolved oxgen, temperature, rotate speed, flow rate, pressure, ORP etc.) to the users that to be selected at real time.
