CPB single-use bioreactor is independently developed and produced by our company. It adopts efficient "new efficient oxygen transfer mechanism" to carry out oxygen transfer, with high oxygen transfer efficiency, which avoids cell damage caused by bubbly surface tension and high shear force of stirring paddle in traditional stirred bioreactor, and is easy to realize high-density and high-activity cell culture. The built-in instrument can quickly and accurately monitor the cell growth process of each culture parameters, for your follow-up research to provide accurate data support. The product has completed the design, installation, operation and performance verification according to the requirements of GMP. It covers a small area, is convenient for installation and disassembly, and can flexibly change the production site according to the needs of production. The oscillator module rotates the culture tank stably to produce a torrent, so that the culture liquid repeatedly scour the inner surface of the culture bag, so that the oxygen molecules quickly dissolve, and achieve the purpose of efficient mixing and oxygen transfer. Based on the working principle of CUR series, we added the infusion module and defined the CUR system as the mixing/mass transfer module. This module is used with the mixing/mass transfer module and adopts the new external circulation sheet carrier infusion culture technology. The mixing/mass transfer module provides mixing and mass transfer for cells. The system can control parameters such as pH, temperature, dissolved oxygen and circulation rate online to make the microenvironment suitable for cell growth. The lamellar carrier is fixed in the culture bag, and the cells are adsorbed on the lamellar carrier to grow, thus achieving high density cell culture.
