TW-V200B VHP (Vaporized Hydrogen Peroxide) Sterilizer
TW-V200B VHP (Vaporized Hydrogen Peroxide) sterilizer (VHPS suitable for online sterilization in the closed spaces and freeze-drying machines) is a kind of equipment specially designed and manufactured for sterilization in closed spaces such as isolation cabins and isolators and online sterilization in freeze-drying machines, by utilizing the advantage that hydrogen peroxide has more sporicidal effects in the gas status than in the liquid status at normal temperature, where free hydroxyl is generated for attacking cell components, including lipids, proteins and DNA tissues. It can meet the requirement of complete sterilization.
Product Features
1. The shell, internal pipes and parts are made of 304 stainless steel.
2. The sealing member is made of silicone rubber.
3. It is used for sterilization in the closed spaces such as isolators, especially suitable for steam-in-place (SIP) sterilization of freeze dryers.
4. Compared with the traditional method, it has the following advantages when it is used for sterilization of freeze dryer:
