Product Overview
MCH sanitary grade compressible chromatographic column
The inner diameter (i.d.) can be enlarged from 70 mm to 450 mm, and the column bed volume can be enlarged from 1 liter to 130 liters. The rated pressure ranges from 2.5 bar to 8 bar, depending on the chromatographic column specifications.
Glass chromatography columns can achieve efficient and repeatable filling.
Material proof report (MCH Cloumn) can be provided when ordering.
Provide installation and operation confirmation documentation package.
Design and operational hygiene. The use of high-precision glass, high-quality electrolytic polished stainless steel, and the elimination of sanitary dead spots can prevent microbial attachment and growth.
The use of a single screw joint allows for easy and efficient loading and operation.
All polymeric materials comply with the requirements for USP Class VI substances in the "In vivo Bioreactivity Test" of the United States Pharmacopoeia (USP)<88>.
Isolation chromatography column after filling
Use sanitary grade stainless steel valves with suitable inner diameters to prevent contamination of the filling bed. Double or four-way valves with an inner diameter of 6 mm are suitable for MCH70, 100, 140, and 200 chromatographic columns. The inner diameter of 10 mm is suitable for MCH300 and 450 chromatography columns.
For ease of storage, a 25mm flange blind plate with clamps and washers can be used to seal the chromatographic column.
Connect the chromatographic column to the system
A fixture and gasket with an inner diameter of 6 or 10 mm are required to connect the 25 mm sanitary flange inlet/outlet to the same type of valve or fitting. Provide TC joint mesh tubes with inner diameters of 6 mm and 10 mm.
Assembly/disassembly of chromatographic columns
Equipped with torque wrenches, tools, etc. with suitable size sockets.
The MCH series chromatography column is equipped with adjustable support legs; Provide wheels with brakes
Practical spare parts and accessories
Screen: The chromatography column is equipped with a 20 µ m (PP) screen. For fillers with an average particle size<50 µ m, if the average particle size is less than 50um, change to a 10 µ m (PP) sieve at both the column head and bottom
O-ring seal: mainly using EPDM O-ring seal
Long bed height: Provide column loaders suitable for all diameters.
Pressure gauge: The pressure gauge kit includes the pressure gauge, T-joint, and necessary fixtures and washers for adapting to the sanitary interface.
Pressure relief valve: connected between the pump and the inlet of the chromatography column to deliver flow at a constant pressure throughout the entire filling process.
Adaptation system: MCH interface is 25mmTC or 50mmTC, which can be connected to a standard chromatography system
