Two 1000ml / min 10MPa infusion pumps were used as sample injection pumps to realize automatic sampling under the control of workstation software.

Variable wavelength UV detector can be used to detect four wavelengths at the same time. Four different wavelengths can be obtained by one sampling.

The chromatographic workstation meets the requirements of fda21 CFR Part 11.

Automatic collection, elution and separation of samples and automatic collection of components are realized under the control of chromatographic workstation.

Dac150 preparative chromatography system is equipped with a 150 mm dynamic axial compression column medium-sized amplification system. The column preparation and column installation system adopts integrated design. The user can install the column by himself. The packing always keeps the axial dynamic pressure in the column, and can keep the stability and efficiency of the column bed for a long time. After the preparation column is installed, it can be used online without disassembly. The single sample size is about 10g, which is suitable for customers whose annual output is less than 50kg.
