    Ultrapure water Purification system 

    Ultrapure water (UPW), high-purity water, or highly purified water (HPW) is water that has been purified to uncommonly stringent specifications. Ultrapure water is a commonly used term in the semiconductor industry to emphasize the fact that the water is treated to the highest levels of purity for all contaminant types, including organic and inorganic compounds; dissolved and particulate matter; volatile and non-volatile, reactive and inert; hydrophilic and hydrophobic; and dissolved gases.
    Ultrapure water is treated through multiple steps to meet the quality standards for different users. The primary end-users of UPW include these industries: semiconductors, solar photovoltaics, pharmaceuticals, power generation (sub and supercritical boilers), and specialty applications such as research laboratories.

    • Besides secondary passwords for plant and client, the system setup has password protection to prevent unauthorized change and usage by others.
    • Alarms for water deficiency and water full; out-of-limit alarms for source water, RO (reverse osmosis) water and DI (deionization) water/UP (ultrapure) water.
    • RO membrane anti-scale and flushing programs are divided into two types (automatic and manual types) to facilitate client’s timely cleaning and prolong service life of RO membrane.
