Operating Procedures
1. Collect throat / nasopharyngeal/nasal specimen with swab
2. Add 6 drops of antigen extraction solution to the extractor tube.
3. Insert the swab into extraction tube, swirl the swab at least five times. Remove the swab while squeezing the sides of the tube to extract the liquid from the swab
4. Press the nozzle cap tightly onto the tube.
5. Apply 2 drops of extracted specimen to the specimen well of the test card.
6. Read the test result at 15-20 minutes.
