It is the pathogenic noxae of many human diseases and it can cause respiratory tract infection, conjunctivitis, fever-rash, hand-foot-mouth disease, herpes pharyngitis, myocarditis, cardiomyopathy, aseptic meningitis&encephalitis, acute flaccid paralysis and other diseases. Coxsackie virus has 30 serotypes and divided into two groups of A and B. The CV A16 is one of the main reasons of hand-foot-mouth disease in children. The popular range of CVA16 has spread all over the world. It’s mainly transmitted by the fecal, mouth, respiratory tract and close contact. It mainly infects the children younger than 5 and often co-epidemic with EV71.
