    The U-LH75XEAPO 75 W Xenon burner offers a viable alternative to a 100 W fluorescence light source for fluorescence imaging. It provides uniform spectrum across a broad wavelength range without the prominent peaks that occur with mercury burners. The burner produces high intensities, especially in the far-red/IR region, and is ideal for fluorescence excitation of near-infrared (NIR) fluorescent dyes such as Cy7 or Cy7.5. Collimating optics provide the highest degree of correction for chromatic and spherical aberrations.
