Diluting reduced to pipetting
Add the sample with the 1ml tip or straw into the first bag, connect the dosing arm and simply press the button for automatic dilution and mixing.
This automatization leads to a fast and high individual-independent reliability of the sample dilutions within < 4 seconds and frees the user from the tiresome handling of test tubes and caps as well as of mixing manually test tubes.

Especially designed for effortless dilutions
By pressing a button the diluent flows through the tip with the sample into the bag and forms a counter clockwise liquid vortex. A sterile air blast causes turbulences which shortly afterwards ends into a second clockwise vortex. This process leads to perfectly mixed and diluted samples. Like mixing a syrup: First the sample into the bag, then the diluent!

Easy installation and visibly accurate dilutions
Commissioning is done by inserting hoses in the pinch valves and the pipette into the holder: Demo installation as download or on YouTube.
Liquid volume setting is straightforward – simply place the sensor alongside the scale of the pipette at the required volume. The volume can be checked immediately by a quick look at the meniscus position of the liquid. The Serial Diluter is a Swiss product of the highest quality for daily routine work. Maintenance is limited to the sporadic change of sterile filter and adhesive gripper.
Each Serial Diluter is supplied as a ready-to-use system including tubing set, dispensing nozzle, connector cap GL 45, box of Serial Dilution Bags and a bagshell.

Permanent system sterility
The Serial Diluter exclusively dispenses the fluids connected. The dispensing nozzle never comes into contact with the sample, as a pipette tip or a straw is between. This ensures system sterility until the connected sterile diluent is completely depleted.
