Introduction
RNase inhibitor (RNasin) is important biological enzyme molecules designed to rapidly, efficiently and broadly inhibit RNase activity. This product is widely used in cDNA synthesis, reverse transcription PCR (RT-PCR), microRNA (miRNA) amplification, in vitro transcription and translation, RNA sequencing target mRNA protection, and in situ hybridization, antibody preparation, mRNA localization and other technical operations. The product is ready for use, with no nuclease contamination, stable performance and significant inhibition.
The inhibitor rapidly forms a complex with RNase in a 1:1 non-covalent binding manner and non-competitively inhibits RNase activity over a wide pH range, including RNase A, B, C, and human placental RNase. However, RNase T1, S1 ribozyme, RNase H, etc. cannot be inhibited. This product is no nucleic acid exonuclease and endonuclease and RAN enzyme activity. When the temperatures higher than 50 °C, high concentrations of urea, SDS and other detergents, all those can make the complex denatures, resulting in failure of inhibition.
