Introduction
This kit uses a unique micro-eluting centrifugal adsorption column and a carefully optimized sol-liquid system. The elution volume is virtually loss-free (10μl can be completely eluted, and even 3μl can be eluted in extremely low amounts), carrying up to 10μg. These advantages enable this product to recover DNA fragments from 100bp to 23kb from TAE or TBE agarose gels, with a recovery rate of more than 80%, which can meet a variety of experimental needs.
The DNA recovered by this kit is suitable for a variety of routine operations, including enzyme digestion, PCR, sequencing, library screening, ligation and transformation experiments.
