Introduction
ECL chemiluminescence detection reagent is a new generation of chemiluminescent substrate reagents based on Luminol's. It is catalyzed by horseradish peroxidase (HRP) to catalyze chemical reactions and fluoresce. The results can be demonstrated by X-ray film compression and other visualization technologies or use Luminometer detection. The main component of solution A is Luminol and a special luminous enhancer. The main component of solution B is H2O2 and special stabilizers.
