Introduction
This kit is a positive screening system for efficient cloning of blunt-ended DNA fragments or PCR amplification products. The cloning vector contains a lethal gene. When the target DNA fragment is inserted into the cloning site, the lethal gene is destroyed, so only the clone with the inserted target fragment can grow to form a white colony, and it is not necessary to add IPTG and X-Gal for blue and white spot screening. The positive rate of cloning is more than 95%.
