Introduction
ExGreen's components are safety-certified, non-mutagenic nucleic acid stain, is suitable for DNA and RNA staining and can be used on agarose or polyacrylamide gels. This nucleic acid stain can be used on both UV transilluminator and visible light transmission instrument. ExGreen is red in appearance and binds to nucleic acids can be excitated with a wavelength of 300nm (ultraviolet transilluminator) or 480 nm (blue light) and emits green fluorescence of 530nm.
