Introduction
This product is one 2x PCR system of premixed Taq plus DNA polymerase, dNTPs, reaction buffer, mg2+, PCR reaction enhancer, and stabilizers. When used, only need to add the DNA template and primers, and used the water to make up the volume.
The product contains blue stain, after the completion of the PCR reaction, it can be directly electrophoresed without adding sample buffer, and can also be purified and recovered for subsequent reactions such as enzyme digestion, cloning, and sequencing.
Compared with Taq PCR MasterMix, it has the advantages of high amplification efficiency, good reproducibility and low mismatch rate.
