    Millrock offers the Quanta Series Pilot and Production scale freeze-dryers in
    seemingly unlimited configurations to meet the widest range of applications and
    your most demanding needs
    Quanta Series freeze dryers are available with shelf areas from 12 sq ft to over
    320 sq ft and condenser sizes up to 1000L. For the fastest drying rates either an
    internal condenser or an external condenser with the optimum sized vapor port is
    supplied. Depending on the application, either a coil or plate style condenser is
    used. Hot water, hot gas or steam defrosts the condenser when drying is
    complete.
    Millrock takes the time to identify the system that best meets your requirements.
    Applications such as diagnostic kits may only require an internal condenser and
    304 grade stainless steel shelves for a cost effective solution, while cGMP
    applications require more complex features such as steam sterilization and
    21CFRPart11 compliant software. In addition, we balance the cost savings of the
    chamber style between cylindrical and square with the floor space requirements to
    provide the best fit solution.
