Compared with the traditional blue fluorescent dye AMCA, AbFluor™ 350 has better water-soluble, stronger light stability, higher fluorescence intensity. In addition, the fluorescence intensity of AbFluor™ 350 can be comparable to those of Alexa Fluor350 and the light resistance of AbFluor™ 350 is better. AbFluor™ 350 can replace Alexa Fluor 350.
