Kotech Export offers low cost high quality Horizontal Cylinderical High Pressure Steam Sterilizer which is made up of high quality heavy gauge SS with leak proof argon ARC welding. It is hydraulically tested to hold off the working pressure 2.5 times. The steam boiler incorporates pressure gauge, automatic pressure control device, water level indicator, low water cut off device and also safety valve as a safety device. The steam is evacuated from 2 different walls whenever required & works on 220/230 or 440 Volts, 3 phases, 50 Hz AC supply.
The Inner/Outer chamber, steam jacket & boiler are made of heavy gauge S. S with leak proof argon ARC welding. The space between the outer chamber & steam jacket is filled with glass wool to minimize thermal losses. It is hydraulically tested to withstand 2.5 times the working pressure. Steam boiler is fitted with water level indicator, pressure gauge, low water cut off device & automatic pressure control device. Fitted with safety valve as a safety device. Drain valve is fitted at the side bottom for easy draining/ clearing. This offers complete safety to the working personnel. Two separate valves are provided for evacuating steam from inner chamber & jacket as & when desired.
