Ecalbio Co.,Ltd researchers develop AflatoxinM1 enzyme linked immunosorbent assay kit and the sensitivity is up to 0.005ppb(5ppt). It is suitable to widely used to analysis liquid milk, milk powder, fermented milk, etc.
 

 

An antigen with an affinity for Aflatoxin M1 is coated onto microwells. Standard or sample is added to the appropriate well and if Aflatoxin M1 is present it will compete with the coated antigen to bind to Aflatoxin M1 antibody. After the addition of the enzyme conjugate, the TMB substrate is added for coloration. The resulting color intensity, has an inverse relationship with the target concentration in the sample. The levels of Aflatoxin M1 in the sample are determined by comparison of the color intensity of unknown samples with the standard curve, which is made using the Aflatoxin M1 standards provided in the kit.
 
The kit is composed of HRP-AFM1 Antibody, TMB substrate mix, standard, wash solution etc.
In the enzyme linked immunosorbent assay process, is quite simple and convenient.
