Esco Participated in Electra Mining Africa 2008 from 8-12 September 2008 in Johannesburg, South Africa

Esco has successfully participated in Electra Mining Africa 2008 from 8-12 September 2008 at the Expo Centre in NASREC, Johannesburg, South Africa. This show is the second largest mining show in the world, and it attracted more than 700 global exhibitors, taking up 6 exhibition halls.

As South Africa is one of the major mining countries, and the main exporter of diamonds and rare/precious metals, mines will become Esco’s major customers in time to come. In a joint effort with our exclusive partner for Laboratory Fume Hoods in South Africa, Scientific Containment Consultants (SCC), we focused efforts on marketing the Esco Frontier Duo Fume Hood and our exciting new release, the Esco Frontier Acela High Performance Fume Hood during the exhibition.

Being one of the few companies displaying laboratory equipment in a mining show, we naturally attracted the attention of all laboratory personnel who were making their visits, and most of them were impressed by our international certifications and sleek designs. We thank SCC for their support during the show and look forward to making greater strides in the South African market in the near future.
