Esco Participated in Analytica 2008 in Munich from 1-4 April 2008

Esco is proud to announce our successful participation in Analytica 2008, held in the beautiful city of Munich from April 1-4 2008.The city remains stunning despite being hit by an unexpectedly long winter this year.

Analytica 2008 welcomed its largest number of international exhibitors and visitors since the fair was founded 40 years ago. According to Hans-Joachim Heusler, Managing Director at Munich International Trade Fairs, some 11,000 international trade visitors came to Munich for this year's fair, which is about 4,250 more than in 2006. The large share of international participants confirms Analytica's role as the largest exhibition for analysis, laboratory technology and biotechnology and the world's leading exhibition for this sector.

This year, Esco's 70m2 booth is not only our biggest ever exhibition booth in an international trade fair, but also the first time we see a compendium of colours in our booth design. Each product line is clearly represented in a distinct colour, resulting in the booth being striking yet not losing the focus of our corporate colours blue and white. Analytica presented us with the opportunity to showcase our new products such as the Infinity, Labculture Plus and Airstream Max Class 2 Biological Safety Cabinets, Positive Pressure Hospital Pharmacy Isolator, Swift Mini and Maxi Thermal Cyclers and the soft release of the new Frontier Acela Fume Hoods.

On 2nd April, Esco conducted our annual European Distributor Meeting at the Bauer Hotel, a lovely traditional Bavarian cottage-style Hotel. Our European distributors had a fruitful discussion before being joined by our international distributors for a sumptuous distributor dinner at the same venue that night. We would like to specially congratulate AES Chemunex, France, and Wiegand International, Turkey, for winning our awards for being our most outstanding distributors in Europe and Middle East regions respectively.

At the wake of our 30th anniversary celebration in June, our corporate rebranding exercise is complete, and with your continuous support, we look forward to many more good years ahead. Esco. World Class. World Wide.
