EKF Diagnostics Appoints New EMEA Distribution Manager
Cardiff, UK – 6th May 2014 – EKF Diagnostics, the global diagnostics company, today announces the introduction of the new Premium Partnership Program for its distributors worldwide, as well as the appointment of a dedicated EMEA Distribution Manager, Simona Carnielli. This significant investment into its distribution network ensures EKF Diagnostics’ customers are optimally supported on a global basis.
EKF’s Premium Partnership Program (PPP) will provide its participating distributors with unique access to EKF’s diagnostics product and specialist industry knowledge. Benefits include local training and Master Class events providing distributors and customer groups with direct access to EKF product experts. The EKF Support Centre will provide an online resource allowing distributors to access detailed information and download a range of support materials.
The Program features a rebate scheme, the Annual Growth Rebate, which will allow EKF’s distributors to collect an annual reimbursement, calculated against its increase in sales revenue from the previous year. This incentive affords the opportunity for distributors to increase their profitability, whilst driving the EKF business in its regional markets.
Further enhancing customer service in EMEA, Simona Carnielli has joined EKF Diagnostics as EMEA Distribution Manager. One of her primary responsibilities will be to implement and manage the PPP with member distributors and assist in customer support. Simona holds extensive molecular and clinical diagnostics industry knowledge, having previously worked for companies including Cepheid, Acrometrix and Abbott Diagnostics.
“EKF Diagnostics customers need to be fully supported whatever their location to ensure that they can optimally use our products at all times,” commented Simona Carnielli, Distribution Manager EMEA. “Our new Premium Partnership Program has been developed with the aim of providing concrete benefits that add value to our distributors, by supporting them with tangible tools of marketing, sales and technical material. I want to make sure they receive constant and extensive support and training to drive best practice and deliver an effective service offering to EKF Diagnostics’ end users around the globe.”
