Operating procedures:
1.clean,sterilize,install and reset the machine.
2.turn on the power and see the indi-cator is lighted.
3.start the fans and put the separator in work.
4.regulating the temperature to a pro-per degree and open the heating light.
5.open the conveyor door for second sterilization (simultaneous opening is forbidden).
6.open the valve of the watering mac-hine and check whether it lets out water.
7.if pressure is loaded,the fan should be installed at the air vent in a right place.
8.After the experiment,please loosen the screws in the layers over and below,and clean them for reuse.please note whether the sealing rubber is intact in the course of installation.
