*High-T blast bypass flue, 3-level speed controllable recycling freezer, meeting the criterion of Europe & America product standard.

*Vertical illumination light board,the luminance could be adjusted between 5 levels, so that the temperature and luminance could be set to simulate the all-weather natural condition.

*Super sized (150mm×50mm) LCD equipped, intelligent programming controller based on fuzzy PID controlling technique, 30 programs pre-set. It could work for 99 cycles, with time, temperature  and illumination setup. Video and audio alarms are installed.

* ABB Pt100 resistance temperature sensor made in German, EBM cooling freezer imported from German, international branded sealed refrigerant, PU casters under the bottom could be turned and locked as needed.

* The handle of the outer door is locked by a 90o rotary lock with 4-point touch which shows German & Americas style and used for compulsory seal. Such a design prevents any vibration from throwing down the little bottles kept in the box when the door is closed. No. 304 stainless steel (S.S) clapboards are supplied for users to adjust themselves. An observation hole corked withφ40mm silicon plug is installed on one side of the box, which makes the monitoring more efficient.

* Quenching gas recycling system ensures the uniformity of temperature .Various functions are prepared, such as leakage protection, over-temperature alarm and protection, appointed startup and shutdown, clock memory, live line indicating, interruption memory, power supply recovery, etc. Fresh air intakes port is standard equipped.

*Numerically controlled machine and the combined technology of laser cutting and modulus are employed in sheet metal processing. The outer box is made of cold-rolled steel in high quality, and the tank is made of No. 304 S.S plate. The outer box is powder sprayed and the bottom of the box is weld with rectangular steel, so that the strength of the whole chamber has reached the international level of similar products.
