Description:
RIPA (Radio Immunoprecipitation Assay) is a rapid buffer used to lyse mammalian cells. Protein extraction with this buffer is compatible with many applications, including Western blot and IPetc. BioTeke RIPA buffer contains 50mM Tris(pH7.4), 150mM NaCl，1% Triton X-100，1% sodium deoxycholate，0.1% SDS , sodium orthovanadate，sodium fluoride，EDTA and phosphatase inhibitors.
