Description
Pfu DNA Polymerase is isolated from E.coli strain that contains Pyrococcud fureosis DNA Polymerase gene. Because of its 3′-5 ′ exonuclease activity, it can correct the mistakes in DNA amplification. Pfu DNA Polymerase has the lowest error rate in all discovered DNA Polymerase.
