Description
RNAsafe contains kinds of special compounds that can inhibit RNase activity, efficiently remove the RNase contamination in kinds of solution or reaction buffers. RNAsafe can be used to prepare RNA suspension, and also can be added into various RNA reaction solutions (such as in vitro transcription, reverse transcription, RT-PCR, probe preparation, molecular hybridization, Nuclease Protection Assay etc) to inactivate trace RNase contamination, increasing the RNA stability, and get the better experiment result.
