Creative Biogene VIM Producing Bacteria Real Time PCR Kitis used for the detection of VIM Producing Bacteria in samples like sputum, wound excretion, food, stool, urine, C.S.F, pleural effusion, ascites, blood by using real time PCR systems. VIM enzymes occur mostly in P. aeruginosa, also P. putida and, very rarely, Enterobacteriaceae. The kit contains a specific ready-to-use system for the detection of the VIM Producing Bacteria. Fluorescence is emitted and measured by the real time systems' optical unit during the PCR.
