Creative Biogene OXA-48 Producing Bacteria Real Time PCR Kitis used for the detection of OXA-48 Producing Bacteria in samples like sputum, wound excretion, food, stool, urine, C.S.F, pleural effusion, ascites, blood by using real time PCR systems. Bacteria that produce OXA-48 or OXA-181 result in low-level resistance, which cannot be detected efficiently due to the high concentration. The kit contains a specific ready-to-use system for the detection of the OXA-48 Producing Bacteria. Fluorescence is emitted and measured by the real time systems' optical unit during the PCR.
