Creative Biogene Haemophilus Influenza Real Time PCR Kitis used for the detection of Haemophilus Influenza by using real time PCR systems. Haemophilus influenzae is a Gram-negative, coccobacillary, facultatively anaerobic pathogenic bacterium belonging to the Pasteurellaceae family. H. influenzae was first described in 1892 by Richard Pfeiffer during an influenza pandemic. The kit contains a specific ready-to-use system for the detection of the Haemophilus Influenza. Fluorescence is emitted and measured by the real time systems' optical unit during the PCR.
