Creative Biogene Coxiella Burnetii Real Time PCR Kitis used for the detection of Coxiella burnetii in whole blood (non-anticoagulant), ticks, C.S.F, or domestic animals' tissue samples by using real time PCR systems. Coxiella burnetii is an obligate intracellular bacterial pathogen, and is the causative agent of Q fever. The kit contains a specific ready-to-use system for the detection of the Coxiella burnetii. Fluorescence is emitted and measured by the real time systems' optical unit during the PCR.
