Equine viral arteritis (EVA) is a disease of horses caused by Alphaarterivirus equid, an RNA virus. The kit contains a specific ready-to-use system for the detection of the Equine viral arteritis. Fluorescence is emitted and measured by the real time systems' optical unit during the PCR.
