           465 ml of Basal Medium

             25 ml of Qualified Fetal Bovine Serum (FBS)

                5 ml of Rat Adipose-derived Stem Cell Supplement (RADSCS)

                5 ml of penicillin/streptomycin solution (P/S)

★ Product Description

    Rat Adipose-derived Stem Cell Growth Medium（RADSC-GM）contains essential and non-essential amino acids, vitamins, organic and inorganic compounds, hormones, growth factors, trace minerals and pre-selected fetal bovine serum (FBS) and other supplements. The product is suitable for culturing rat adipose-derived stem cells isolated from rat adipose. The product is strictly aseptic without any contamination of virus or mycoplasma, and exhibits stable performance. By using this medium, rat adipose-derived stem cells can be quickly expanded with minimal differentiation.

★ Instruction for Use

   1. Prior to use, thaw the Qualified FBS and penicillin/streptomycin solution (P/S) overnight at 2 to 8 ℃.

   2. Add the above thawed solutions to the Basal Medium, gently swirl the bottle to ensure the mixture homogeneity.

   3. Thaw the Rat Adipose-derived Stem Cell Supplement (RADSCS) in water bath (37℃) and then add it into the above mixture to make the complete medium.

   4. Store the complete medium in the dark at 4℃.

★ Product Use

     This product is for laboratory research use only. It is not approved for human or animal use, or for application in in vitro diagnostic procedures.

★ Storage Condition

      Basal Medium should be stored at 4℃, while RADSCS, FBS and P/S solution should be stored in the dark at -20℃.
