Introduction Bio-spin purification kit is designed for rapid preparation of highly pure nucleic acid. With the advanced techniques of silica membrane and spin column, it can reversibly select and effectively bind nucleic acid with the silica membrane in a certain solution and then wash to get rid of the impurity. Finally the bound nucleic acid can be eluted in TE or distilled water. The purified product can be used for many kinds of scientific research, such as restriction enzyme digest, PCR sequence, in vitro transcription and cloning.
