Introduction
① BIOZOL is a kind of total RNA purification kits developed by our company, which is used for purifying.
② RNA from mankind, animals, plants, bacteria or tissue directly. The operation of the kit is very simple and easy.
First, add the sample into BIOZOL for complete lyses.
Secondly, Add chloroform into the solution and then centrifuge the sample tube.
Then,The mixture will form three phases: upper aqueous phase, middle phase and organic phase. The formed middle phase is tightly condensed so that it is easy for operator to extract the upper clear and get high-quality RNA for doing lower molecular biological experiments, such as northern blot analysis, dot blot hybridization, in vitro translation, RNase protection assay, mRNA purification, and so on.
