Intended Use and Test Principle
This kit is based on the principle of fluorescent PCR technology, for the detection of Faecal Coliform. Specific primers & probes are designed to detect the highly specific regions of Faecal Coliform. The reaction system contains UNG enzyme to reduce the occurrence of false positive reactions caused by aerosols.
