The gas cylinder cabinet is one kind of laboratory furniture, mainly used to store gas cylinders.
It is one metal container with purpose to protect gas cylinders from fires outside the cabinet and to protect surrounding items from fires inside.

Explosion-proof gas cylinder cabinets are very common and widely used in hospitals, manufacturing enterprises, and scientific research institutions.

Features
All steel structure cabinet body(including top plate, back plate, side plates, bottom plate and door plate), made of 1.0mm thick galvanized steel sheet, with surface electrostatic coated by epoxy resin powder, acid and alkali resistance.
- Door plate is steel made inlaid with 2 visual windows, which is made of explosion-proof glass, and each door with large warning label.
- PASS hole: there are PASS holes on the side of the cabinet to ensure the gas flow in the cabinet;
- Hinge: high quality damping hinges, no noise, no spring back, high strength and can not be easily broken.
- Handle: generally use aluminum alloy bow type handle or embedded type handle, strong solid and elegant appearance.
Fixture: built-in cylinder clamp ring to fix the cylinder and chain to prevent the cylinder falling down.
Pedal: the bottom of the cabinet is equipped with adjustable flip pedals to facilitate the loading and unloading of gas cylinders.

Ventilation& Alarm System(optional):
the cabinet have good ventilation by the automatic exhaust system and the top ventilation hole and PASS holes.
when the sensor in the cabinet detects gas leakage and gives an alarm, the fan at the top will work automatically to discharge the gas out through the exhaust pipe to ensure the personal safety of the working area.

Packaging&Shipping
Because the Weight and Dimension are big, the lab benches, fume hoods or lab cabinets are generally going to be shipped by Sea;

They would be packed in cartons (FCL Sea transportation) or plywood boxes(LCL Sea transportation) in assembled or disassembled state.
