Introduction
This reagent is a highly sensitive and enhanced substrate for the detection of horseradish peroxidase (HRP) on immunoblotting membranes. The extremely strong signal output of the bottom can detect the picograms of antigen. The sensitivity, intensity and duration of the signal make it possible to detect by using photographic or other imaging modalities. The blotting film can be repeatedly exposed on the film to obtain the best effect, and the immunodetection reagent on the membrance can be peeled off fist and re-detected.
Feature
1. It emits light rapidly, usually scanning out the result in 1,2 or 3 seconds.
2. With high sensitivity and high signal-to-noise ratio, it can detect 10 to 100 fg antigen.
3. Luminescent operation can be performed under the fluorescent lamp, and short-term exposure to routine laboratory lighting will not damage the working fluid.
4. Long-lasting luminescence, fluorescence can make X-ray film more than 12 hours, especially suit for trace protein or nucleic acid detection.
5. Higher secondary antibody dilutions (1:20000 to 1:100000) can be used to save antibodies.
6. The substrate is extremely sensitive, requires not only low sample requirements, but also very low amount primary and secondary antibodies, usually 10-50 times lower.
