Introduction
This product uses RNA as a template and uses RT Enzyme Mix and RT Reaction Mix to efficiently synthesize first strand cDNA, which is easy to operate and reduces the chance of contamination during operation.
There is no RNase H activity in RT Enzyme Mix, which avoids the degradation of template RNA in RNA/DNA hybrids during cDNA synthesis reactions. It has high heat-resistant temperature, has stronger elongation and stability, and can be used for longer cDNA synthesis and for the construction of high percentage full-length cDNA libraries.
Application
• It can be used for the detection of low-copy genes.
• The products are used for RT-PCR and fluorescence quantitative PCR.
Feaure
The pg-grade RNA is reverse transcribed and the length of the synthesized cDNA fragment is up to 12 kb.
