Introduction
Ordinary hand-held or kit extraction of soil genomic DNA often results in experimental failure due to the presence of strong inhibitors of PCR such as humic acid, brown acid and other impurities. In addition, the severe glass bead hitting to break up the bacteria often cause DNA fragments shearing and degradation.
After a long-term research and development，now our company has independent intellectual property rights with soil genomic DNA. Through the patented formulations of humic acid and brown acid removal reagents with special treatment of the purification column, it can be removed these impurities to the maximum degree, plus many times column rinsing, all those ensures that the resulting DNA has a very high purity. In addition, the unique extraction and lysis system can rapidly lyse cells (walls) and inactivate nucleases in cells. It does not require glass beads to break the wall, effectively ensuring the integrity of the genomic DNA.
