Introduction

This kit uses a centrifugal adsorption column and a unique buffer system that can specifically bind to DNA to extract genomic DNA from multiple cells. The silicon matrix material used in the centrifugal adsorption column is one unique new material of our company, which efficiently and specifically adsorbs DNA, and can maximize remove the impurity proteins and other organic compounds in   cells. The extracted genomic DNA fragments are large, high purity, stable and reliable quality.

The DNA recovered using this kit can be used for a variety of routine operations including enzyme digestion, PCR, library construction, and Southern hybridization and so on.
