    Tabletop: Using 16mm thick epoxy tabletop, corrosion of strong acids and alkali, bearing high temperature of 600 degrees, Its edge thickened to 25mm. Or you can chose others, physiochemical board, trespa, ceramic plate or stainless steel plate.
    Cabinet: Using 1.2mm thick SPCC of Baosteel made, process CNC punch cutting, CNC bend to shape, surface coating 75 to 80um TIGER EPOXY resin powder corrosion resistance. Color can be chosen by PANTONE. In order to dismantle easily, they’re all built up by independent cabinets.
    Panel: Using 1.2mm thick SPCC of baosteel made, process CNC punch cutting, CNC bend to shape, surface coating 75 to 80um TIGER EXPOXY resin powder corrosion resistance. Color can be chosen by PANTONE. The upper edge portion of panels is down side 30mm.
    Drawer Slides: Using the three ultra-quiet upscale rails of DTC.
    Hinge: Door panel are damped buffer hinge.
     
    Metal Frame:
    Vertical Frame:1~2mm thick, 60*40mm steel pipe welded.
    Front beam, Back beam, Lower beam:1~2mm thick, steel-plated, fixed on vertical frame with screw and tensile nail.
    
    Adjustment feet: 4mm spiral pole with water proof and anti-rust base.
    Power Supply: Power outlet using the board 220V outlet and be installed one set per meter.
    Baseboard: 18mm EOJIA machine-made plate, externally bonded with 100mm anti-fire plate, equipped with ABS high low control angle to isolate vapor.
    Pipe sink: 18mm high density fiberboard, surface bonded with white plate, sealing treatment at the edge.
    Sink: 6mm PP made in Taiwan, strong acid and strong alkali resistance, integral forming.
    Water fittings: copper single faucet resisting acid and alkali through paint baking, PVC outlet easily for disassembles and cleaning, made in Netherlands.
    Falling water head: filtering with odor blocking and water proof function, easily for disassemble and maintenance (pp three elements, double protection)
    Reagent shelf: first class cold rolled steel plate through acid bathing and epoxy baking.
    Guardrail: made of aluminum alloy, paint basked and plastic sprayed. Laminate of medicine.
    Shelf: 10mm explosion protection glass, high low control button, power switch can be installed on the lower part of the medicine shelf.
