Yaxin-1105 Photosynthesis & Fluorescence System


The instrument can be used to calculate the rate of photosynthesis (respiration) and transpiration, stomata conductance, internal CO2 concentration of leaf, as well as obtain the efficiency of quantum of light or water efficiency etc..
 

I. Instrument Functions

1.Measurement:CO2 concentration, humidity, temperature, flow, leaf temperature, PAR (light intensity), atmospheric pressure. Parameters which indicate Chlorophyll fluorescence intensity such as Fo, Fj, Fi, Fp.

2.Calculation: Photosynthetic rate, transpiration rate, stomatal conductance, intercellular CO2 concentration

Fluorescence parameters: Fv, Fv/Fm, Vj, Mo, PIABS, Area, tFm, etc.

3.Control Function: Control the flow automatically, control the PAR automatically, control the measuring time, open and close style system optional, manual or automatic measurement, control the action light

4.Graphic Function
